No, Draumr hammocks and Amok products are only sold through our webshop. Please note that you can take advantage of our 100 day return policy and test the products at home, or at your desired hang spot to figure out if the Draumr is for you or not.
Our warehouse-partners work at the speed of light to deliver your Amok product as soon as possible, this means we are unable to edit completed orders. What we can help you out with is a return or an exchange after you've received your order. You can read more about it below, or just reach out to us at support@amokequipment.com and we'll help you out.
If you place your order before noon there is a good chance that your order will be a part of todays outgoing shipments. If not, all orders will normally ship the following business day.
As soon as you complete your order we send out an order confirmation to your registered email, check your spam folder if you can't find it in your inbox. You can also log in to your account in our webshop to find your registered address and order history, make sure you use the email address you did when placing your order.
We only sell directly to you.
Ensure that you’re buying genuine Amok gear by shopping exclusively on amokequipment.eu, amokequipment.de, amokequipment.se, amokequipment.com, amok-equipment.com or amokequipment.no depending on your location.
These are our only sales channels, in addition to consumer trade fairs.

Orders ship with DHL Express from our storage in Sweden.
- Orders are sent the same day, or the following business day after you've placed your order.
- Shipping to EU countries normally takes 2-4 days. Add a few more if you live in a remote area.
- Pick up of orders at the warehouse is not possible. (But hey, If you are in eastern Norway at some point, send us a message and we'll welcome you to our headquarter in Fredrikstad if the timing is right.)
- We offer free shipping on all EU orders over €200. The shipping cost is €9,95 for orders under €200.
- There is no separate express shipping option as we offer shipping with DHL Express which is one of the fastest available options out there.
Once your order is picked up from our warehouse you get an email and/or a text message from DHL Express. With it you can:
- Track your order
- Customize your delivery options if you like to:
- Change the delivery date
- Change delivery address
- Collect from DHL service points
- Leave it with your neighbor
- Signature release it so DHL will leave it at your doorstep
We offer free shipping on all UK and Switzerland orders over €400. The shipping cost is €14,95 for orders under €400.
Orders ship within two business days with DHL Express from our storage in Norway.
This site ships to all 27 European Union countries, UK and Switzerland. For Norwegian orders go to our Norway store, and for the U.S.A., Australia and New Zealand proceed here. Amok products are versatile and packed with exciting features. We want you to have plenty of time to explore and learn about the gear you've purchased.
That's why we give you 100 days to get to know the products properly before you decide. If you decide that the gear isn’t right for you, you can return one or more products and get your money back.
Yes, you can. You have a 100 days, from the day you receive your gear, to test it out. We urge you to test it outside, get to know all the features and settings before you decide. If you, during the 100 days, figure out you want to return the entire/parts of your order, you can return it for a refund, given that the products are in good condition.
Most of it, yes. With some exceptions as specified below*.
We want you to experience normal use during the 100 test days. Test the gear outdoors - we accept missing hang tags and a subtle hint of authentic bonfire smell. All we ask is honest feedback regarding the condition upon return.
*If you return damaged products or items that have been altered, we reserve the right to charge a fee for the depreciation.
If you want to return your item for a refund or exchange it for a different size or model, please notify us within 100 days of receiving your order. Send your request via email to support@amokequipment.com with the following details:
- Your order number (found at the top of the order confirmation email).
- An overview of the item(s) you wish to return and any item(s) you may want to exchange for.
- Information about the item's condition: new/unopened or demo tested (give a short condition report), along with any other relevant details.
While awaiting our response, please clean and dry any products used outdoors before packing them for shipment.
We pay for the return shipping. You will receive exact instructions along with your DHL Express return label.
Under normal circumstances, reimbursement processing takes 7 days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be longer.

Usually your refund should be issued within 1-2 weeks. If you've not received your refund from us after two weeks, get in touch with us at support@amokequipment.com and we will check up on your return shipment.
We ask that you send us an email at support@amokequipment.com with the following information so that we can do our best to help you out.
- Send us your order number.
- Send us a description of the damage and how it occured. Please include pictures and/or video when relevant.
- If you have a leaking pad, please send us a video showing the leak. Here is a video on how to locate leaks.
- Send us the LOT-number of the product in question.
Draumr, Segl, Skjold 10: LOT is printed on label in stuff sack.
Fjøl sleeping pads: LOT is printed on the edge of the pad, on the black side, just below the valve.
Our goal is to deliver the best possible equipment to you. We warrant all Amok products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. If an Amok product fails due to defects in workmanship or material, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.All warranty-cases are assessed by our support team, often in collaboration with our designers. Reach out to us at support@amokequipment.com if you have a case or questions regarding warranty.
Yes! All products in our outlet (discontinued products, demo and repaired products) have the same warranty (5 years, free from defects in material or craftmanship) and the same return policy (100 days) as brand new products.
Please note that warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear of the products, nor in the event of abuse, neglect, carelessness, using the product in any way other than is intended, replacement with any part or accessory other than original Amok parts and products, or any attempt of repair or modification unless expressly permitted in writing by Amok Equipment. Damage not covered under the warranty, may be repairable for a reasonable fee
We do! If you've damaged your product, reach out to us at support@amokequipment.com and we'll help you out. Depending on the complexity of the damage and the repair the cost will be somewhere between 60-100 USD (shipping included). We do our best to make sure your Amok product is a lifelong companion!
Yes, of course you can, but we ask you to reach out to us at support@amokequipment.com first with some details and pictures regarding the damage so that we can guide you in the right direction on how to do it. For some typical repairs we have step by step guides we can send you. Usually we can also help you out with spare parts if you need any for your repair.
Absolutely! We love nothing more than making an Amok product your heirloom. As long as the quality of the parts and the fabric is good, almost anything can be fixed. (Please note that long term exposure to sun, wind and rain will deteriorate the fabric and make it hard to repair - this will happen if your Amok product is left outside, and not taken in between uses, over a longer period of time.)

We rarely operate with discount codes or any type of sale as we believe in offering fixed, predictable prices to all Amok fans out there. If you've gotten your hands on a discount-code from us, from a fair we've been to or similar, the following applies: The discount is only valid in the communicated time-period. Some discounts are personal, in a case of suspected misuse of the discount we will deactivate it. Discounts can not be combined.
You enter your discount code on the page you get to when you click "check out" from your cart. On Mac/PC you'll see the products in your cart on the right side of your screen. Below them is a field where you can enter a discount code or a gift card code and then click apply. If you're shopping on your phone the same field will appear below the "Order summary" headline.
When you buy a gift card in our webshop it is sent to your registered email. The gift card has a code that is entered at checkout in the same manner as discount codes (read above).
We rarely hold sales as we wish to offer our products at set and predictable prices. In the rare case that we have surplus stock of a product going out of production we might hold a sale to make room for new products. We sell demo-products year round at 15% off, and occasionally we take some extra time to repair products with small damages or errors, and sell them at slightly larger discounts.
