EU shipping

We offer free shipping on all EU orders over €200. The shipping cost is €9,95 for orders under €200. 

Orders ship within two business days with DHL Express from our storage in Sweden.

As soon as your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email with tracking information to follow the shipment. Delivery time within Europe is normally 1-3 days but add a couple of days if you live in a remote area.

UK and Switzerland shipping

We offer free shipping on all UK and Switzerland orders over €400. The shipping cost is €14,95 for orders under €400.

Value added tax (VAT) and customs information

The prices you see in the online store include VAT and customs.

European Union

Amok's VAT identification number is SE502082564101. We are registered for Union One-Stop Shop (OSS), meaning that we collect and remit national VAT based on your ship to country within the EU.

VAT EXEMPTION B2B

Companies established in EU member states can be invoiced without VAT. Please send an email to support@amokequipment.com if you would like to place a B2B order.

UK and Switzerland

All import taxes and duties are prepaid by Amok.

DHL Express Delivery

DHL Express will deliver your order super-fast, but they also offer you great flexibility when required.

After receiving your tracking SMS, you’ll have the following six options:

Schedule a new delivery date

Change the delivery address

Collect your parcel from a DHL Express service point

Signature release your parcel and allow DHL to leave it at your doorstep

Leave your parcel with your neighbour

Request up to 30-day vacation hold

Sale Item Policy

Sale prices are not permanent and often end within a few days. If you want a hammock on sale, don’t wait and relax until you do it in your own brand new Amok hammock.

If we put a product on sale less than 14 days after you have bought it at full price, let us know and we’ll credit you the difference. This offer only applies to purchases made within the last 14 days, and only if we have the same item and color that you originally purchased in stock.
